We process your data to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to manage the commercial relationship where one is established (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for unrelated marketing.
The form service
The contact form on this website is operated through formsubmit.co, which transmits your message to us by email. When you submit the form, the data you enter is processed by that service for delivery purposes, under its own terms.
Retention and security
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires a longer period. We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect the data.
